CORPORATE NATION
When the Rhino first wrote the song CORPORATE NATION about 3 years ago America was entrenching itself in the war in Iraq. The Rhino began to think about what it would be like to be a soldier on the ground over there. A fantasy look from the inside of a soldiers head. Only a real soldier can give a factual account. Any soldiers should be encouraged to reply.
Now that the war has heated up and Iraq is the number one issue, the song like so many written now, expose the endless treadmill of a protracted war.
For you music appreciators the music is written on a 12 tone row with a retrograde in the music interlude. In a 12 tone row the chromatic scale is used and no note may be repeated until all others have been used. The Row lends itself to the eirie sound in the background.
Let the Rhino know what you think of the music and the message. Truly a song for the moment.
